• Missions:

Missions is a part of our name and as such we take it seriously. The Altoona Alliance Church is heavily involved with missions. We support international workers throughout the world by contributing to the Great Commission fund. The Great Commission fund is used by the C&MA to support international workers. We have additionally partnered with several C&MA missionaries with whom we have a close relationship.

Sending is only part of the equation. We also have many members who go on short term missions trips to various parts of the world. We have had members of the congregation go to Mexico, Thailand, Romania, Chile, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Honduras to name a few.

If you wish to consider serving with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, be it in the United States or in an international capacity, you can get started by going to serving page on the Christian & Missionary Alliance website.
